Kingdom of Wu

The kingdom of Wu is one of the kingdoms of the period of the Three kingdoms.
It was located at the South of the Yangzi Jiang in the area of current the Nankin, Shanghai and Suzhou, with the site of the State de Wu of the time of the Printemps and the autumns. The capital was close to Suzhou.
The country, controlled for a long time by the Sun family, finds her independence with the fall of the Dynastie Han. The king Sun Quan declares emperor of China in 222 to counter the claims of the kingdom of Wei directed by CAD pi and of the Royaume of Shu directed by Liu EIB.
Called the “red Empire”, Wu shows an adversary more frightening than Shu, but is conquered by the Jin (name taken by Wei after the usurpation of the capacity by the minister Sima Yi and its sons Sima Yan, Sima Shi and Sima Zhao) in 280.
Envoys of the kingdom of Wu were the first Chinese to come officially into contact with Aborigènes of Taiwan.
