Preparation
45 G of powder per liter. traditional Sterilization. To add 10 cm ³ glycerol after Pressure-sealing.
Reading
Pyocyanin turns blue the medium. It is soluble in the Trichlorométhane (chloroform). A red coloring represents the production of Pyorubine.
