- hydrogénophosphate of potassium 1,5 G
- Epsom salt heptahydraté 1,5 G
- agar purified 12,0 G
- pH = 7,2
Preparation
37 G of powder per liter. Traditional sterilization. To add 10 Cm3 of glycerol after pressure-sealing.
Reading
The Pyoverdine yellows the medium. This molecule presents a Fluorescence to 340 Nm. It is insoluble in the trichlorométhane (Chloroforme).
