Kinako
The kinako (きな粉/黄粉) is powder of Soja grillé.
Precise details
Mixed with sugar, one uses it in many Japanese desserts like the Abekawa mochi (a traditional Mochi soupoudré of kinako ) and the Daifuku which is also a dessert containing Mochi but whose paste is mixed there with the vert. One can also taste it in Lait.
