Kim Yong it (diplomatic)
Kim Yong he is a diplomat North-Korean, vice-minister of the foreign affairs.
He represented the democratic Popular republic of Korea during the negotiations with six parts on the Nuclear weapons in North Korea.
Its displacement with Rangoon, in April 2007, was marked by the signature of an agreement for re-establishment of the diplomatic bonds between the democratic Popular republic of Korea and the Burma, after a twenty-four years rupture.
At the time of a visit with Teheran, on May 10th, 2007, it met the Iranian minister foreign affairs Manouchehr Mottaki. An agreement was signed between the two countries, for a reinforcement of their bilateral bonds in the policy fields, economic and cultural.
