Kim Kay (of her true name Kim Van Hee) is a Belgian singer born on February 22nd, 1978.
It is the tube Li the Li , left in 1998, which made known it.
One knows it as French-speaking singer. What is rather prickly when it is known that Kim Van Hee had planned to present himself on the List De Decker, party which preaches the independence of the Flanders or failing this, a strong flamandisation of Belgium.
