“Mechanix” is a primitive version of “The Four Horsemen” of Metallica (present on the album Kill 'EM All) but with different words, Dave Mustaine being the author of the 2 pieces. The original version of “Mechanix” can be found on the demonstration No Life 'Til Leather of Metallica with James Hetfield with the song.

“Thesis Boots” is a parody of the song These Boots are Made for Walkin' of Nancy Sinatra ( Boots , 1966) present on the first specimens of the disc, but which was withdrawn then for questions of royalties about the modified words. It is reinstated in the version 2002, but the accused passages are censured by “biiip”.
