Kick while growing
In English language: crescent-kick . Kick while growing or in half-moon ( Crescent-kick ) of the category of the kicks known as " in bâton" (Stick-kick).
The surface of striking (external edge of the foot) described an oblique arc of circle of the interior of the body outside (or opposite), and upwards in direction of the adversary.
The technique can be used in attack, in general on the level of the head, or in defense to divert unfavourable attacks.
