Kiang

Like the Zebra, the kiang ( Equus kiang ), or wild ass of Tibet is intermediate between ass and Cheval, with a wearing of head way “Girafe”.

Extremely wild in its medium of origin, it gallops in immense herds (in the plains during the winter) on the plate Tibetan where it nourishes salted plants.

Threats

Its already reduced habitat is seriously threatened by the mining settlements and the military activities.
