Biography
The course of Jedi
Ki-Adi-Mundi was born on Céréa, a planet of the External Bordure in 92 Av. BY. Whereas it had four years its potential Jedi was identified by Jedi which was made call the Femme Sinks and although it is too old according to the criteria of the Jedi Order, this one asked for his/her father the authorization of return in the order. It started by refusing because only a Céreen on twenty was a male and to have a son was regarded as a chance and brought statute and honor.
Unfortunately, the fact of having a male child also generated covetousness and a gangster tried to remove the child. To put his son at the shelter and in the hope which he becomes a guard for the galaxy, the father of Ki-Adi-Mundi entrusted it to the Dark Woman. The child left for the Temple Jedi where the Conseil Jedi entrusted it to Maître Yoda.
Ki-Adi-Mundi opens out within the Temple and became an young man endowed with the incredible reactions which were still amplified by the précognitives capacities that it expressed already child. In spite of its great power in the Force, Ki-Adi-Mundi had a great weakness: it relied too on its own capacities and tended to be devoted to an excessive introspection, undoubtedly because of its two brains.
At twenty-five years, Ki-Adi-Mundi became Chevalier Jedi. It accepted soon news alarming at his place and the Council gave him the authorization unwillingly to turn over on Céréa. The Jedi young person was persuaded that the gangsters who prevailed on Céréa were carried out by Bin-Kept-Zon, the criminal who had formerly attacked his father. He introduced to the camp brigands where he caused their chief in duel. With its great surprise, Zon had been relieved and the chief of the brigands was a powerful and dangerous warlike young person who beat it.
The Jedi Knight was captured, but managed to escape and gained its second duel against the queen of the gangsters. The Zon old man then tried to kill it but Ki-Adi-Mundi pushed back its attack thanks to the Force. It saved the Céréen old man and ordered to the gangsters to disperse.
This episode had made Ki-Adi-Mundi wiser and it remained on Céréa as a Jedi Gardien. Taking into account the lack of Céréens males, the Jedi Council gave him the authorization exceptionally to marry. It took a principal wife, Shea and four wives of honor. From these unions were born seven girls.
During twenty years, it achieves its task of Jedi Gardien of Céréa but to preserve its planet of the influence from abroad wishing to seize the guilea, a powerful opiate whose Céréa was the only producer, became increasingly difficult. Most dangerous was without any doubt Ephant My, one of the preferred agents of Jabba Hutt. It removed one of the girls of the Knight Jedi, Sylvn and one of his/her friends and took them along on Tatooine where it sold them in Jabba.
Ki-Adi-Mundi went to the Palais of Jabba and saved the two young girls. Whereas it was on Tatooine, it discovered by chance the proof that the Fédération of the Trade bought illegal weapons in Hutt.
Impressed, the Jedi Council proposed the vacant place then to him left by the death of the Master Jedi Micah Giiett, thing exceptional for a simple Jedi Knight who had not taken a Padawan.
In 32 Av. BY, the death of Which-Gon Jinn and the proof of the return of the Sith shook the Council. A little later reports/ratios coming from Tatooine left think that Jedi disappeared for fifteen years, powerful the Sharad Hett, had become a Homme of Sands. If it were true, the Order would need to have such a large warrior in his rows to fight the threat of Sith which did nothing but grow.
It was Ki-Adi-Mundi which was charged to inquire into the veracity of these facts and if Sharah Hett were in life, to convince it to turn over in the Jedi Order. It found alive Hett, but the disorders which knew Tatooine prevented it from concluding its mission. The situation became complicated when the bargain hunter Aurra Sing, old Padawan animated of a wild hatred towards all Jedi, killed Hett.
Before dying, Sharad Hett made him promise to continue the training of his/her son, the young person A' Sharad Hett. Ki-Adi-Mundi brought back the teenager on Coruscant and took it for Padawan. It informed it during two years until the mission aiming at capturing Aurra Sing. Padawan succeeds in triumphing over the assassin of its father but felt soiled by anger that it had tested and feared to sink in the Obscure Côté. The Femme Sinks, which had specialized in the difficult cases, then proposed to complete the training of the boy.
A' Sharad Hett became later Chevalier Jedi while Ki-Adi-Mundi reached the rank of Master.
The War of the Clones
It was one of the actors, at the side of Master Yoda and Mace Windu, of the Bataille of Geonosis against the separatist forces directed by the Count Dooku. After the combat in the arena, it carried out the attack with Plo Koon and other Jedi against the Spheres of the Fédération of the trade to decontaminate the droïdes. It makes a success of its mission but unfortunately, this time the droïdes were equipped with an independent control system.
Later, whereas Ki-Adi-Mundi directed on Hypori a team of Jedi combat made up of itself and Jedi Shaak Ti, Aayla Secura, K' Kruhk, Daakman Barrek, Sha' has Gi, and Tarr Seirr, they were attacked by the Général Grievous. Daakman Barrek, Sha' has Gi, and Tarr Seirr were killed during the confrontation.
Ironically, its duties of General within the Large army of the Republic prevented it from carrying assistance in its own world, Céréa, when it was attacked. All the family of Ki-Adi-Mundi, that they are his wives or his/her daughters, perished during the Battle of Céréa which took place sixteen months after the beginning of the conflict.
At the same time, Obi-Wan Kenobi was reported missing during the Bataille from Jabiim and Ki-Adi-Mundi was seen entrusting the formation of its Padawan Anakin Skywalker. When Obi-Wan remade surface, it was with a certain joy and a great relief that it returned its Padawan to him impetuous and disobeying.
At the end of the War of the Clones, Ki-Adi-Mundi ordered troops on the planet Mygeeto. Whereas it was going to launch the decisive attack against the Separatists, the clones accepted Palpatine the Ordre 66 ordering to them to kill all Jedi. When he saw that its clones did not advance any more and aimed it with their weapons, he decladded his laser Saber and started to block their shootings, but too many, those ended up killing Ki-Adi-Mundi, one of most powerful and important the Jedi Master of his generation.
When the Galactic Empire was proclaimed, an official report written by Sate Pestage claimed that Ki-Adi-Mundi had been carried out because it had armed a bomb on the bridge with Mygeeto.
