Khalida Toumi
Khalida Toumi , born the March 13rd 1958 with Ain Bessem (wilaya of Bouira, Algeria), is a political woman Algérie, militant of the Human rights. It will be candidate with the presidential election of 2009.
Khalida Toumi was born in a family kabyle in 1958 during the Guerre from Algeria. Laid off in mathematics, it will be teaching before joining the national Advisory counsel Algerian in 1992. Elected appointed Gathering for the culture and the democracy in 1997, it will resign of this station in 2001. It will be excluded from the RCD the same year, before being named a Minister for the Culture and Transport of the successive governments of Ali Benflis and Ahmed Ouyahia.
