Khagan
Khagan or Grand Khan is a title equivalent to that of Empereur in the languages Mongolian and Turkish. The title is carried by that which directs a khaganat (empire, larger than a Khanat). Khagan can also be translated by Khan of Khans , term meaning King of the kings . The Khazars, inter alia, called their chiefs of this name.
