The kessensatsu is a poison created especially to kill the people made immortal by the Kessentchu. Shizuma Eiku is currently, the only one to have which it (and that will be quite useful for him against Manji).

This poison acts in such way that it kills the worms present in the body of the immortal ones. Thus made, all the old wounds are reopened, killing the person then if it had mortals of it. The amount of poison is important:
