Kerry Fraser
Kerry Fraser (born the May 30th 1952 with Sarnia, Ontario) is a American Arbitre of the National league of hockey (LNH) since September 1st, 1973.
He arbitrated more than 1550 matches of regular season and 250 matches of series of the Coupe Stanley.
He was one of the rare referees not to put a crash helmet but recently, all the referees of the LNH are obliged to do it.
April 28th, 1987 with the Forum of Montreal, the Canadians of Montreal and the Scandinavian ones of Quebec dispute the final of Adams division the series equalizes 2-2 and marks it being also 2-2 here that Alain Coté marks and that Kerry Fraser refuses the goal which was however good with the great distress of Michel Bergeron and the Scandinavian ones. This was the most discussed decision its career.
It has a Ryan son who referee in the American Ligue of hockey and which will be extremely probably in the LNH.
Fraser is a veteran of the National league extremely respected just like Bill Mcreary or Gift Van Massanhoven.
