Kenneth Gilbert

Kenneth Gilbert (born the December 16th 1931 with Montreal) is a Clavecin ist and Canadian pedagog .

He studies with the conservatory his birthplace, then with Paris near Gaston Litaize, Ruggiero Gerlin and Nadia Boulanger. In 1973, he becomes the successor of Gustav Leonhardt with Haarlem. He also taught with Quebec, with the academy of Strasbourg, the Mozarteum of Salzburg and with the Hoschschule für Musik of Stuttgart.
