Kennedy Space Center
Cap Canaveral is an American launching base located in Florida (28°27 ′ of Northern latitude and 80°32 ′ of Western longitude) created in 1959. It is a military zone. The administrative name is John F. Kennedy Space Center .
In 1964, it takes the name of Cape Kennedy and finds his name of Cap Canaveral in 1973. It has greatest construction (turn) travelling in the world in the complex n°37 (115 meters in height and 3.500 tons of steel).
Florida is a vast peninsula, broadside in the West by the Gulf of Mexico and in the East by the Atlantic Ocean; this geographical choice limits the risks in the event of missed launching. The shootings are always done towards the East.
One finds also the museum of the Kennedy space center, which recalls the history of the space Conquête.

The tourists can reach the center where one recalls the space Conquête.
