Keith Giffen
Keith Iath Giffen (born the November 30th 1952 -) is a scenario writer and American draftsman of comics. It was born in the Queens, with New York, in the State of New York.
Giffen is particularly known for its passage as draftsman then scenario writer of the series putting in scene the team of superman of the future Legion off Super-Heroes in the Eighties and Nineties, to be the Co-creator of the very funny international version of the Justice League at the end of the Eighties (which it revisited later in Formerly Known As The Justice League , calling them " The Super Buddies" , the Super Pals , mini-series which accepted the Eisner Award of the Meilleure publication of humor (Best Humor Publication) in 2004) and for the characters of the bargain hunter alien Lobo (with Roger Slifer) and of the disrespectful Ambush Bug.
He also worked on titles like All-Star Comics , Suicide Squad , Trencher and T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents .
He and its partners on the Justice League (J.M. DeMatteis and Kevin Maguire) recently unchained their style on the Defenders at Marvel Comics. Its work for Marvel includes Drax The Destroyer and The Howling Commandos .
Always with DeMatteis and Maguire, Giffen continued to make of the comic superman in 2005 in a mini-series in 3 episodes Hero Squared for Boom! Studios.
Keith Giffen is the scenario writer as a chief (at the sides of Geoff Johns, Greg Rucka, Mark Waid and Grant Morrison) on comics cd. to come " 52" , a weekly series making following the intrigue giant Cross-country race-over Infinity Crisis .
He also works for Marvel on the crossover Annihilation which puts in scene the cosmic characters of the Univers Marvel.
