Keeper of a bar : Formerly manufacturing and lemonade ¹ salesman. Before to be keepers of a bar, those had right to distill alcohol S. Some operated Café S and the café owner term would result from this occupation. Their Corporation was attached finally with that of the Vinaigrier S ².
