Kazuo Kubokawa

Kazuo Kubokawa (窪川一雄) (1903January 3rd 1943) was a Astronome Japan board.

He Co-discovered the Astéroïde (1139) Atami with Okuro Oikawa.

During the period of Japanese occupation of Taiwan, he was president of the Taiwanese section of Astronomical Association starting from 1938. He started to build the " New Observatory of High Montagne" (新高山天文台) in 1942, but died the following year.
