Katsuie Shibata
Katsuie Shibata (ja 柴田勝家, Shibata Katsuie , 1530 - 1583), was a commander Samurai of the era Sengoku (14th century) which was used under the orders as Nobunaga Oda.
Its history
It was under the orders of Oda Nobukatsu (Oda Nobuyuki), brother of Nobunaga Oda. In 1556 after its defeat with Ino at the time of its coup attempt of state, it rejoind Nobunaga Oda.In 1575, after having took the control of Echizen, it accepted the castle of Kitanoshō-jō (Hokujō). At a meeting in Kiyosu to determine the successor with Nobunaga, it supported Oda Nobutaka, the third wire, for which Katsuie Shibata had carried out the ritual of Genpuku.
