Karlova Koruna
Karlova Koruna is one of the purest examples of civil architecture baroque in Bohemia. This castle is on a hill surmounting the borough of Chlumec nad Cidlinou, at the place of an old tower strengthened out of wood.

Its name (Karlova Koruna means “crown of Czech Charles”) is a homage supported to the emperor Charles VI which reigns then and to which the owner of the places is indebted of his rise.
