Karl von Vogelsang
The baron Karl von Vogelsang is a Journaliste, and polemist Autrichien of German origin, born the September 3rd 1818 with Liegnitz, dead the November 8th 1890 with Vienna.
He studied the right to Berlin then served the Prussia. Protesting converts with the Catholicisme, it expatrit in Austria where it takes in 1875 the direction of the preserving newspaper Das Vaterland .
Within the Union of Freiburg, which joins together around Mgr Mermillod the precursors of the social Catholicisme, it takes part in work on the " sociale" question; who will be taken again and confirmed by the pope Leon XIII in the encyclical Rerum Novarum .
