Karl-Heinz Lambertz

Karl-Heinz Lambertz (Amblève, July 4th 1952) is the minister-president of the German-speaking Communauté of Belgium. He is currently married and lives in Eupen. He is father of two children as of its first marriage.

Professional path

  • Studies: Bachelor of law
  • 1976-1980: Attending the Faculty of Law University catholic of Leuwen
  • 1980-1981: Adviser near the cabinet of the minister for the institutional reforms
  • 1981-1990: To advise Regional Company of Investment of Wallonia
  • Since 1988: Part-time lecturer to the Faculty of Law to the UCL.

  • 1995-1997: Member of the council communal of Eupen
  • 1995-1999: Community Minister for youth, the formation, the media and social the
