Karin Knorr Cetina

Karin Knorr Cetina (born on July 19th, 1944 with Graz in Austria) is a well-known Sociologue Austrian for his books on the manufacture of knowledge.

Its research relates to epistemology and the constructivism, and more recently one can off note his contribution to the “Social studies finance”. It forms part with Bruno Latour and Steve Woolgar of the most influential authors of the “Social Studies off Science”.

Karin Knorr is sociological professor of Théorie with the “Universität Konstanz” and is professeure invited to the Université of Chicago.
