Karim Massimov

Karim Massimov is a Kazakh politician , born in 1965.

It is graduate linguistic School of Beijing, Faculty of Law of the Université of Wuhan (China) and Academy of administration of Kazakhstan. Economist and specialist in international law, it controls English, Chinese and Arabic. Commercial representative of Kazakhstan with HongKong, it directed the boards of directors of the commercial and financial Bank of Alma-ATA and of the Bank of national saving, before being appointed Minister for Transport and Transport in 2001. The January 19th 2006, he becomes Deputy Prime Minister and he was also Minister for the Saving and the budgetary Planning in April in October 2006.

The January 10th 2007, it is chosen by the president Noursoultan Nazarbaïev to succeed Daniyal Akhmetov like Prime Minister.
