Kamoya Kimeu

Kamoya Kimeu , Kenyan and assistant of Louis Leakey, took part in many discoveries of fossils of Hominides to the Kenya and in Tanzania.

Its career started when Louis Leakey pushed it to constitute an indigenous team assistants who were trained to discover the traces of Fossile S with half-unearthed. This team carried the abstract title of hominid gang (or gang of the Hominides ) because of the type of found Squelette S and the speed to which this group prospected and identified a considerable number of remainders of central interest for the study of the family tree of the mankind.

It was itself the discoverer of the “  boy of the Turkana   ”, a very complete Skeleton of Homo ergaster gone back to 1,5 million years.
