Kakogawa

Kakogawa (加古川市; - shi) is a city located in the Préfecture of Hyōgo at Japan.

In 2003, the city had a population of 266.214 inhabitants for a density of 1.921,18 hab/km ². Total surface area of the east city of 138,51 km ².

The city was founded the June 15th 1950.

The symbols of the city are the pine and the Rhododendron.
