Kaili
Kaili (凯里; Pinyin: Kǎilǐ) is a city of the province Guizhou in China. It is a city-county, chief town of the autonomous Préfecture miao and dong of Qiandongnan.
Demography
The population of the county was of: 418501 inhabitants in 1999, and that of the town of Kaili was estimated at: 153959 inhabitants in 2007.

According to the Laogai Research Foundation, a factory and a coal mine would be used to with it as Laogai (“camp of rehabilitation by work”).
