Kagyu Rintchen Tcheu Ling
Kagyu Rintchen Tcheu Ling is a religious Congrégation dedicated being studied and the practice of the Bouddhisme vajrayana Buddhism Tibetan.
Affiliation
It is affiliated at the school Dagshang-Kagyu and is placed under the spiritual authority of the 17th Karmapa, Orgyen Trinley Dorje, of Yangsi Kalou Rinpoché under the supervision of Bokar Rinpoché, represented by LAMA Sonam Tshering, Supérieur of the Congregation.Faithful to the work of its Master Kyabjé Kalou Rinpoché whom it could accompany until in its last moments, LAMA Sonam Tshering worked to develop one of oldest centers Bouddhisme Tibetan in France which accommodated since its creation in 1975 of large Masters such as the 16th Karmapa, Jangoen Kontrul Rinpoché, Pawo Rinpoché, Sogyal Rinpoché, Tokden Rinpoché, Penchen Kempo Rinpoché, Keunchen Nyulchi Rinpoché, LAMA Tsultrim, LAMA Tempa Gyamtso, Bokar Rinpoché, the 14th Dalaï Lama, Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoché…
Temple
Located at Montpellier, Kagyu Rintchen Tcheu Ling or the invaluable garden of Dharma is a temple of 80 m2, built out of wood according to the Himalayan tradition, decorated of a gold pinion. Twice per week is held there the ritual of Tchènrézi.
Center of retirement
With Saint-Laurent-the-Mining in the Gard is Kagyu Yi-Ong Tcheu Ling or the pleasant garden of Dharma, the center of study and retirement founded in 1990 by LAMA Sonam Tshering and devoted by Bokar Rinpoché. Overhanging the valley of the Screw, this Cevennes farmhouse makes it possible to carry out retirements, in particular in summer. It is there that are often celebrated the Losar and the Vesak.At the time of its visit in Montpellier the September 25th 2000, at the end of its stay to the Caylar, the Dalaï Lama has blesses the center through a model. The religious Congrégation Kagyu Rintchen Tcheu Ling was recognized by decree in November 2002.
LAMA Sonam Tshering
LAMA Sonam Tshering is the spiritual director of the Congregation. He was born in India in 1966, in the province of Darjeeling. As of the three years age, it is accepted with the monastery of Sonada by Kalou Rinpoché. Under its protection, LAMA Sonam takes its wishes of beginner at eight years; it will keep those of monk fully ordered during more than twenty years. It achieves under the direction of its Master traditional the three years retirement which concluded its academic cycle then resides then at the monastery by fulfilling the function of Oumzé (main of ritual). LAMA Sonam Tshering was the assistant Kalou Rinpoché jusques in his last moments. Little time before its death, its Master entrusted his last wills to him and asked him to take to the spiritual direction of the Buddhist center Tibetan of Montpellier. Thus, since November 1989, LAMA Sonam transmits the fundamental instructions of the tradition Dagshang Kagyu both to Montpellier and in the center of Lille (the Madeleine) which it also directs.
