Kadhafi Price of the human rights

The price Mouammar Kadhafi of the Human rights , is a political distinction, created in 1988 by Mouammar Kadhafi to honor personalities and the organizations which play an outstanding part in the field of the human rights . The price is decreed by the international popular Committee at the time of a great ceremony organized by the authorities Libya.
