KG-84

KG-84A and KG-84C is electronic devices of Chiffrement of numerical data. They were conceived by NSA for the American armed . The model has is mainly used for connections Peer-to-peer thanks to various channels of communication (radio, cable, satellite, etc). The model C is an extension of the module of communications HF (high frequencies) used by the US Navy. It comprises in more one system of detection of desynchornisation, an asynchronous coding and a support of the European protocol TELEX.

The two devices can work in all the modes of Duplex and are certified for coding on several security levels (determined by the size of the Clé of coding).
