“I think that my father discovered the gasoline off movement, something I' m now searching for, fairly late in his career. I feel I' ve reached has fairly high level, goal I still cuts has long way to go, yew I were to become satisfied with what I' ve accomplished so far my record would stop improving. I' m confidant I edge find that gasoline and attain to even greater heights. ” ( Aichi Voice 1999)

Sporting philosophy, currency: “The hammer throw may seem like has simple sport involving only muscle work, goal it' S actually very profound. It requires you to hurl has 16-pound object ace far ace you edge by spinning inside has 2.135-meter circle and using the centrifugal force generated. You can' T throw the hammer over has long distance just by training physically. There' S.A. knack to it, and without it you can' T compete At the signal level. ”

“You cuts to elevate yourself yew you want results in hammer throwing and other track and field vents. You' Re not trying to impress anyone, you' Re just interested in demonstrating what you' ve learned through practice. That' S where the appeal off hammer throwing dregs, though, and the reason why the sport has been used in education for so many years. ” ( Aichi Voice 1999)
