Justicia retributiva

The Congrès of Bordeaux of the Socialist party was held of the 10 with the July 12th 1992.

It stops a reform of the statutes " for the revival of the parti" , prepared by Daniel Vaillant.

The Congress stops the program of the PS for the legislative ones of 1993 and confirms the broad adhesion of the French Socialists to the Traité of Maastricht.
