Junee (: 6000 inhabitants) is a city of the Riverina, an area of the south of the News-Wales-of-South in Australia
The city is located at 470 km of Sydney
The name of indigenous the east city of origin and means " speak moi".
The urban development started in the years 1860 to 1880, at the time of the gold rush. Then the arrival of the train and the existence of a line between Sydney and Melbourne passing by Junee allowed a new push of growth while making it possible to the farmers to export on one or the other city.
The area esr reconverted into products of quality: sheep, cereals with Barley, Oats, Triticale. It tried to be reconverted into the secondary economy with mechanics, the transformation of the meat, the Minoterie.
