Juneau (Wisconsin)
Juneau is the chief town of the Comté of Dodge, Wisconsin, with the the United States of America. The census of 2000 indicates a population of 2 485 inhabitants. Coordinates géographiques :. Superficie : 4 km ² (1,6 semi ²). Densité : 619 hab/km ² (1 602,5 hab/mi ²). The city does not have any bond with the county of the same name located in the same State.
Juneau is located at the North-West of Milwaukee and the North-East of Madison. She owes her name to the pioneer Solomon Juneau (1793-1856), originating in the Quebec, which made the trade of the fur and was the founder of Milwaukee. The settlement of the area begins in 1845.
