Julio Andrés Borges (1969) is a politician and a lawyer Venezuelan.
Left the Catholic University Andrés Bello in 1992. It continued its studies by carrying out a master political and social philosophy with the Boston College in 1994, and a master in public policy and Latin America, with the Université of Oxford in 1996. He was professor of the " pulpit of honneur" catholic University Andrés Bello. He is leader of the party Primero Justicia , which he itself founded.
Borges was appointed and is candidate with the presidency of the republic of the Venezuela for 2006. But the opposition vénézuélienne chose Manuel Rosales like candidate.
In its countryside, he promised to build control necessary for the finished work based on the progress of all the population. There asked Venezuelans to remain full with hope while saying: " No depressed people allowed; there is No room for frustration (the depressed people is not allowed; there is no place for frustration.) "
