Julien Taillard
Julien Taillard , born on September 30th, 1882, dead on June 4th, 1967, was militant French trade unionist of the postal and telecommunications authorities. He was general secretary of the postal Federation of CGTU between 1927 and 1930. He was member of the Municipal council of Paris of 1933 to 1944. For this reason it sat at the General advice of the the Seine, of which he is vice-president in 1936.
