Jules de Rovère was of family noble. He gave representations by making turns of agility, revealing and to disappear from the objects, distracting the spectators of illusions…
In 1815, it created the word conjurer , because it did not want to use that of physicist nor of escamotor . The magicians of the time liked to make appear formulas making think of large prestigious titles on their posters, not being unaware of that the mysterious side of these qualifications encouraged the spectators to pay, the latter believer to deal with large character and thus with spectacle of quality. Jules de Rovère thus wished to innovate in order to make itself single. The word conjurer comes from Latin and is an erudite formation.
