Jules Rossi

Jules Rossi is an Italian racing cyclist, born the November 3rd 1914 with Giustina, deceased the June 30th 1968.

In 1937 Jules Rossi gained Paris-Roubaix, carrying out the 255 km in 7:17' 57".

In 1938, by gaining Paris-Turns to 42,092 km/h of average, he became holder of the yellow Ruban the fastest runner of all times on a race of more than 200 km. He preserved this record 10 years, dispossessed by Rik Van Steenbergen in 1948.

He also gained the Large-Price of the Nations during the war in 1941 in nonoccupied zone.
