Jules Mutebesi
Colonel Jules Mutebusi , is a rebellious officer Banyamulenge, member of the Congolese Rassemblement for the democracy (RCD), prevailing in the east of Congo since 1998.
Mutebusi is formed by the patriotic Front Rwandan (FPR), Rwandan ex-rebellion directed by Paul Kagame, president of the Rwanda and largely supported today by Rwanda during the last years.
It is responsible for many war crimes and crimes against humanity and so far refuses to join the integrated Staff of the Congolese national army.
Person in charge with the general Laurent Nkundabatware of many episodical attacks after the introduction in 2003 of the Transition government. It takes part in the attack of June 2004 of the Congolese city of Bukavu and beats a retreat in close Rwanda after the defeat.
