Saint Jules 1st , born with Rome towards 280, established pope the February 6th 337. It remains it until the April 12th 352.

He holds in 340 - 341, a Synode in Rome against the Arianisme, and also called the meeting of the Concile of Sardique, in 342.
He makes raise in Rome, the Basilica of the Twelve Apostles commonly named at the time Basilica Juliana.
