Jules François Emile Krantz
Jules François Emile Krantz is a Admiral and French politician born with Givet in the 1821 and dead on February 25th, 1914 close to Toulon.
Jules Krantz begins his career in the navy. It is led to work overseas in the Japan and China Sea, like in Indo-China. He is military governor of Cochinchine from March 16th to November 30th, 1874.
