Jules Develle
Jules Develle , born the April 12th 1845 with Bar-le-Duc (Meuse), dead the October 30th 1919 with Paris, was a Politician and lawyer French.

Specialist in the agricultural questions, it was considered in this field as protectionist (it increased the customs duties on the imports) and very appreciated farmers. He wrote the first texts establishing the Agricultural trade unions.
- Raymond Poincaré was his Principal private secretary to the Minister for Agriculture (1886).
- It was with the apogee of its career, Foreign Minister (1893).
