Jules Concealments

Jules Concealments (or Concealments-Couybes ), born on November 18th, 1865 with Figeac (Batch) and deceased on October 24th, 1938 with Paris, is a minister, first municipal official of Agen (Lot-et-Garonne), General adviser and Député under the Third Republic.

Biography

Member of the cabin of Agen to the the Great East of France, Jules Cels cumulates several mandates in Lot-et-Garonne. Mayor of Agen of 1919 to 1922, general adviser of Port-Sainte-Marie of 1910 to 1922, appointed of 1910 to 1932, it also takes part in various ministerial wallets. Secretary of State to the Navy, charged with the War until the victory of 1918 at the coasts of Georges Leygues then under-secretary of State to Work and Transport in the Clemenceau cabinet. It is, moreover, since 1920, vice-president of democratic Alliance (movement of center right).
