There is 400 years, in China, a form of martial art of Kenpo was developed, it. This art was created by a man called, who also built it. The Fist of the Animal is an martial art of which the goal is to imitate the capacities of an animal while reaching a spiritual peace. In spite of that, tensions went up between the 10 students of the creator of Article Three of them thought of using the sufferings and the hatred generated by the heart of human to increase their capacity, and using their capacities to take the shape of monsters, them. After Brusa Ee was assassinated, the Demons of the Fists gathered the faithful ones to practice a form malfaisante art of the Fist of the Animal known under the name of Akugata, the Fist of the Animal of Confrontation. The seven other students thought that the true force came from the interior, and engaged in a Great War with their former comrades. The battle ended in the use of a technique prohibited to seal the capacities of the Demons of the Fist, at the price to lose their human form during the process, becoming the Seven Wise Fist (or Kensei). The partisans of Wise of the Fist created the school of the Art of the Fist of the Wild Animal-Animal: the Fist of the Animal of the justice of which the discipline improves the human body by creating positive Ki called " Ki Féroce" ( Geki ).
This art is taught by Maître Shā-Fū, one of the seven Wise ones of the Fist, using a company of ustensils of sport called " SCRTC" like cover.
Nowadays, a deposed student of the school of the Fist of the Wild animal, called Rio, turned to the Fist of the Animal of Confrontation, rebuilding the Hall of the Animal of Confrontation. He also brought back the former practitioners of the Fist of the Animal of Confrontation to the life in the form of Kyonshi to collect Ki of Confrontation, Ki opposed to Geki, with an aim of ressusciter the three Demons of the Fist and to become more powerful by their enseignements.
To fight against the new Hall of the Animal of Confrontation, Shā-Fū involved two young graduates: Ran Uzaki and Retsu Fukami. With Jan Kandou, a wild child who grew among the tigers in wood loans of the Village of the Origin of the Animal, the team of Gekiranger is trained and is joined later by two other practitioners of the Fist of the Wild animal to save the world of the ambitions of Akugata.
Unfortunately, a malefic power even more terrible uses the two adverse schools for its own intentions.

Gekirangers
Gekirangers are five, whose the three basic ones (Jan, Ran and Retsu) form ShinGiTai.- /(Red Geki)
Ayant grown in the jungle, Jan does not know all the usual vocabulary and does not have any culture. Besides it tends to use many words resulting from a clean vocabulary which one finds in the titles of episodes. It is because Miki discovered it in the jungle whereas it was going to bury the bracelet of Kenma which it could see GeKi of the Tiger of Jan and to bring back it downtown where Shā-Fū in made GekiRed. Having a great instinct, Jan easily feels the users of RinKi ( zowa zowa ) or of DoRinKi ( zowan zowan ), even of DoRinKi pushed to the extreme ( zowangi zowango ). Contrary to other Gekirangers, Jan is a user born of GekiJūken, with the result that it is often first has to pass at the higher level: it reached KaGeKi before having to undergo a drive, even if it had to await this last to be able to use it fully. In the triangle of ShinGiTai, it is the Unbreakable Body , the Unbreakable Body, and its totem is the red Tigre. It, since, received the teaching of Gorie Yen, that of the Heart. Its first weapon is a Nunchaku, but thanks to Sharkie, it can use GekiSabers.
Pour Keisei and the monsters, instead of calling them by their name (Shā-Fū, for example for Kensei; Tsuneki for the monsters), Jan calls them by the animal which they represent: Neko (Cat) and Kitsune (Fox) in the case of the exemples.
Son name is a pun with the verb Jump in English (to jump). - /(Yellow Geki)
Élève of Shā-Fū as well as Retsu, Ran represents the Heart in ShiGiTai ( Honest Heart or Honest Heart) and has for totem the yellow Guépard. Its force comes to him especially from intraînement intesif that it always was essential and who allows him to very give many punches at high speed. It received the teaching of Michelle Peng thereafter to acquire the Technique. Its starting weapon is GekiTonfas (LongBaton version/both end to end put tonfas form a stick), but Elehung learned how to him to control GekiHammer by always keeping the sourire.
Son name is a pun with the verb Run in English (to run). - /(Geki Bleu)
Just like Ran, Retsu is a pupil of Shā-Fū Master, but it is after the disappearance of his/her big brother, Gō, that Restu decided to give up art to be devoted to GekiJūken. At the time of the return of Gō, this last requires of him to hold its promise which is never not to learn Jūken and to withdraw themselves, but Retsu makes watch of a very great technique and thus convinces Gō. In the triangle, Restu is the Fantastic Technique (Technical Fantastic) that it improved thanks to Maître Beats Li while learning with " to forget the technique" and to use GekiFans, arms that it uses sometimes instead of GekiTonfas. He then learned the Body with Master Bion Biao. Its animal totem is the Jaguar bleu.
Son name is a pun on the verb " Let' s" in English (allons-y). - /(Purple Geki)
- /(Geki Chopper - White)
The first names of Jan, Ran and Retsu allow the pun " Let' S run and jump" (let us run and jump), to which Gō comes to be added: " Let' S go run and jump" (run and let us jump).

Episodes (lessons)
The episodes, so called lessons (since they often consist of a training for one or more of the characters), are always followed, at the end (right before the credits) of small explanation on one item or technique introduced (E) recently. This explanation, made by Miki, always finishes on a note of humor.
