Juan Boscán Almogáver
Juan Boscán Almogáver (towards 1485, Barcelona - September 21st 1542), Poet and Spanish writer.
He was useful in Italy, enjoys the favor of Charles-Quint and had share with the education of the pile cluster. He took for model the Italian poets, especially Pétrarque, introduced into Spanish poetry softness and the harmony unknown factors before him, and employed the first the worms Endécassylabique. He was closely dependant with Garcilaso of Vega. Its poetries, joined together with those of this last were published in Venice, 1553.
