Jozerand

Jozerand is a common Frenchwoman, located in the Département of the Puy-de-Dôme and the area Auvergne. Its inhabitants are called Jozerandais. Jozerand extends on 1076 hectares with 430 meters from altitude and account 362 inhabitants approximately.

This common obtained the 2nd price with the regional contest of the flowered villages of Auvergne, in the category of less than 500 inhabitants (in 2000).

Every year, with mid-May the festival of the bread of Jozerand place has then on November 11th the festival of the cideraie of the hairy ones.
