Joseph Parrocel is a French painter born in 1646 and died in 1704.
Its free and vigorous technique was particularly appreciated by the king Louis XIV. This one entrusted to him, in particular, work of decoration of the dining room Château of Versailles and Hôtel of the Invalids.
