Joseph Ollivier

Joseph Ollivier (Beautiful-Isle-in-Ground 1878 - Landerneau 1946) is one of the Breton researchers to be itself interested in the manuscripts of François Luzel.

My it horn-bro

In 1943 it makes publish My it horn-bro, soniou ha gwerziou , a collection of poems of the trégorrois author. In the foreword of the work it specifies:
  • that the name An Uhel was used by the population and the author himself,
  • which it entirely did not follow the orthographical choices of the author,
  • which it found of the assistance near Paul Luzel, great nephew of the author, and Pierre the Russet-red, professor of Breton to the Université of Rennes.

At the end of the work the known most complete bibliography of Breton poetries of F. Luzel appears.
