Joseph Nightingale
Joseph Rossignol was born on September 17th, 1952 with Rillieux-the-Pope (the Rhone).
Biography

Member of the Socialist party since 1987, it is elected city council man of opposition to Limeil-Brévannes in 1989, city of which he becomes Maire in 1995.
